Terms & Conditions

Last updated September 10th, 2026

By completing a booking or approving a custom service with Maravita, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions

1. Beach Equipment Rentals

Maravita rents beach equipment including, but not limited to, beach chairs, umbrellas, tents, coolers, wagons, towels, blankets, games, toys, and other beach accessories.

You are responsible for inspecting your rental equipment upon receipt. Any missing, damaged, or defective equipment should be reported to Maravita as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Rental equipment remains the property of Maravita at all times.

2. Rental Period

Your rental period begins on the start date selected in your reservation and ends on the scheduled final rental date.

Standard online rentals are available for 1–7 days. Rentals longer than seven days may be available by request and are subject to availability and custom pricing.

Early returns, unused rental days, or voluntarily discontinued use of equipment do not qualify for a refund.

Extensions are subject to availability and must be approved by Maravita. Additional charges may apply.

3. Delivery & Pickup

Maravita provides delivery and pickup within its designated service area, subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and any instructions necessary to access the property.

Hotels, resorts, condominiums, gated communities, Airbnbs, and other vacation rentals may have their own rules regarding deliveries or third-party vendors. The customer is responsible for confirming that Maravita is permitted to deliver to or access the property when necessary.

If access cannot be provided at the scheduled time, additional delivery, waiting, or rescheduling charges may apply.

Contactless delivery or pickup may be available depending on the location and circumstances.

4. Equipment Care & Responsibility

Customers agree to use all rental equipment responsibly and only for its intended purpose.

Equipment should not be intentionally altered, modified, abused, or used in a manner that could reasonably cause damage.

At the end of the rental period, all equipment must be made available for pickup at the agreed-upon location.

Normal wear from reasonable use is expected and will not result in additional charges.

5. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Equipment

The customer is responsible for rental equipment from the time it is delivered until it is returned to or collected by Maravita.

Customers may be responsible for the reasonable repair or replacement cost of equipment that is lost, stolen, destroyed, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear during the rental period.

Please notify Maravita promptly if equipment is lost, stolen, damaged, or becomes unsafe to use.

Where permitted by law and consistent with the customer's payment authorization, applicable charges may be assessed for damaged, missing, or unreturned equipment.

6. Safe Use of Equipment

Customers are responsible for using rental equipment safely and following any instructions provided by Maravita or the equipment manufacturer.

Beach and weather conditions can change quickly. Umbrellas, tents, and similar equipment should not be used when wind, storms, lightning, or other conditions make their use unsafe.

Customers should never leave equipment unsecured in conditions where it could blow away, cause injury, or damage property.

If equipment appears damaged or unsafe, discontinue use and contact Maravita.

7. Beach Butler & Setup Services

When Beach Butler or another setup service is purchased, Maravita will set up eligible rental equipment at the agreed-upon location, subject to beach access, local regulations, weather, and other conditions.

Customers remain responsible for the safe use of the equipment after setup.

Setup does not guarantee that equipment can remain unattended or remain safely positioned throughout the day. Weather, tides, wind, beach conditions, and other factors may require equipment to be moved, secured, or discontinued from use.

8. Concierge Services

Maravita may provide concierge services including grocery stock-up, celebration setups, welcome arrangements, beach-related services, and other custom requests.

Availability, pricing, requirements, and fulfillment will vary depending on the requested service.

Submission of a concierge request does not guarantee acceptance or availability. Custom services are confirmed only after Maravita accepts the request and any required payment has been completed.

9. Celebration Setups & Property Access

Celebration setups may include birthdays, bachelorette celebrations, anniversaries, welcome celebrations, and other special occasions.

Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary permission from their hotel, Airbnb host, vacation rental owner, property manager, or other applicable party before Maravita enters or decorates a property.

If Maravita is permitted to access the property before the customer's arrival, setup may be completed before check-in.

If advance access is not permitted, customers must allow sufficient time after check-in for Maravita to enter the property and complete the setup.

Maravita is not responsible for delays caused by check-in times, property access restrictions, host or hotel policies, security procedures, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Grocery Stock-Up

For Grocery Stock-Up services, customers are responsible for providing an accurate shopping list and any relevant preferences, substitutions, allergies, or dietary requests.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in your quote or booking, the cost of groceries and other purchased products is separate from Maravita's service fee.

Product availability and pricing are controlled by third-party retailers and cannot be guaranteed by Maravita. Reasonable substitutions may be necessary when requested products are unavailable.

Customers are responsible for reviewing purchased products, ingredients, and allergen information before consumption.

11. Custom Requests – “Ask Maravita”

Maravita welcomes requests for services that may not be specifically listed on our website.

Submitting an “Ask Maravita” request does not guarantee that Maravita can perform the requested service. We reserve the right to accept or decline requests based on availability, feasibility, safety, legal requirements, location, or other considerations.

Pricing and terms for custom requests will be communicated before the service is confirmed.

12. Booking & Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Beach rental reservations generally require payment at the time of booking.

Concierge services, celebration setups, and custom requests may be subject to custom pricing and may require full or partial payment before confirmation.

A request, inquiry, or submitted form does not constitute a confirmed reservation unless confirmation is provided by Maravita.

13. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or service time are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery or service may be non-refundable or subject to a cancellation fee.

Custom celebration setups, grocery purchases, personalized items, special-order products, or other expenses already incurred specifically for a customer may be non-refundable once purchased or committed, even if the service itself is canceled.

Refunds, when approved, will generally be issued to the original payment method.

14. Weather

Southwest Florida weather can change quickly.

Maravita reserves the right to delay, modify, reschedule, or cancel a delivery, setup, or service when severe weather or unsafe conditions make performance impractical or unsafe.

Rain, clouds, heat, wind, tides, beach conditions, or changes in a customer's personal plans do not automatically qualify a reservation for a refund.

If Maravita determines that conditions prevent us from safely providing a scheduled service, we will communicate available options to the customer.

15. Changes to Reservations

Requests to modify rental dates, equipment, delivery locations, quantities, or services are subject to availability.

Additional charges may apply when a modification increases the value or scope of the reservation.

We cannot guarantee that requested changes can be accommodated.

16. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

Beach activities and the use of beach equipment involve inherent risks, including risks associated with weather, wind, water, sand, uneven terrain, transportation, and the actions of other persons.

By using Maravita rental equipment or participating in services, customers acknowledge these inherent risks and agree to use reasonable care.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Maravita will not be liable for injuries, losses, or property damage resulting from misuse of equipment, failure to follow safety instructions, unsafe weather or beach conditions, or circumstances outside Maravita's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit liability that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.

17. Personal Belongings

Maravita is not responsible for personal items left inside coolers, wagons, bags, rental equipment, celebration locations, or other areas after completion of a rental or service.

Customers should inspect rental equipment and service areas for personal belongings before pickup or departure.

18. Third-Party Properties & Services

Maravita is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with or responsible for the policies, actions, or services of hotels, resorts, vacation rental platforms, property owners, grocery stores, beaches, municipalities, or other third parties.

Customers remain responsible for complying with applicable property rules, beach regulations, and local requirements.

19. Privacy

Information collected through bookings, inquiries, and service requests will be handled in accordance with Maravita's Privacy Policy.

Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers and is subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

20. Intellectual Property

The Maravita name, branding, logos, website content, photographs, graphics, and other original materials are owned by Maravita or used with permission and may not be reproduced or used without authorization except as permitted by law.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute relating to these Terms or Maravita's services will be handled in accordance with applicable Florida law.

22. Changes to These Terms

Maravita may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our services, policies, or legal requirements.

The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page identifies the most recent version. The Terms applicable to a booking are those presented or otherwise applicable when the booking is completed, except where a change is required by law.
